A year of words.
In 2010 I drew a new word almost every day. True, I took a few weeks off once, and didn't do it as consistently as I had hoped toward the end of the year, but I ended up with 144 solid lettering explorations under my proverbial lettering belt.
I started the project fascinated with lettering and wanting to be better at it. My work hardly calls for it so this was a good outlet for the desire I had to draw letters. I should say I was inspired by Chris Piascik and Jessica Hische's daily exercises.
